Terms of service
Last updated October 26, 2026
These terms are an agreement between your company and Green Collar Industries Inc. (“we”, “us”) for the use of WellCollar. By creating an account or using WellCollar, you agree to them on behalf of your company.
The service
WellCollar is web-based software for oil and gas operations, accounting and compliance. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove a feature you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.
Accounts
You're responsible for the users you invite, for keeping logins secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think an account has been compromised.
Plans, billing and cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed monthly, based on your plan, add-ons and well count, as shown on our pricing page. Plugged wells aren't billed.
- Onboarding, where your plan includes it, is a one-time fee charged when your account is set up.
- There is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. Fees already paid aren't refunded.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
Free trial and demo
Trials last 14 days. A Phone Attendant phone number is set up once your paid subscription starts, not during a trial. The public demo uses a fictional company, is shared by everyone and resets regularly, so don't enter real information in it.
Your data
Your company owns its data. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide WellCollar to you, as described in our privacy policy. You can export it at any time, and we'll delete it on request after you cancel, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Your responsibilities
WellCollar helps you prepare reports, filings, statements and payments, but your company remains responsible for what it files with regulators, pays to owners and partners, and reports to taxing authorities. Review figures before you rely on them. Answers from Ask WellCollar come from your records but can be wrong, so check figures that matter.
AI Phone Attendant
- The Phone Attendant is an AI, not a person. It answers calls to the phone number we provide for your company, tells callers it is an AI attendant, and can misunderstand what a caller says. Review its call summaries and work orders before you act on them.
- It is not an emergency service. It does not contact 911, police, fire or EMS, and it is not a substitute for them. Emergency alerts to your contacts (Phone Attendant Pro) are sent as soon as possible but can be delayed or fail, for example when a phone carrier blocks a text. Your company remains responsible for its own emergency response plan and for reporting incidents to regulators.
- Only add people to your emergency contact list who have agreed to receive automated alert calls and texts at that number.
- Calls are not recorded as audio. The attendant keeps a written transcript and summary of each call in your account and emails summaries to the people you choose.
- Each plan includes a number of call minutes each month; extra minutes are billed on your next invoice at the rate on our pricing page.
- The phone number is provided for as long as you subscribe to the Phone Attendant. If your subscription ends, your account is locked for non-payment, or you turn the attendant off, we keep the number for 30 days and email your admins, then release it, and it may be assigned to someone else.
Acceptable use
Don't use WellCollar to break the law, to access other companies' data, to interfere with the service, or to resell it without our written permission.
Availability and support
We work to keep WellCollar available and to fix problems quickly, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. The field app keeps working offline and syncs when the connection returns.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
WellCollar is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and disputes will be handled in the courts serving Coshocton County, Ohio.
